• Your purchase grants you lifetime access to the specific course you have enrolled in.
• Future courses may be sold separately and require their own purchase.
• Access is granted to you alone, as the original purchaser. You may use multiple devices, but logins must not be shared with others.
• Access remains available for the lifetime of the business or as long as the platform is operational.

3. Content Protection & Usage Restrictions

Our content is the result of years of experience from professionals in motorsport and is protected accordingly. By using our platform, you agree not to:

• Share your login credentials with anyone else
• Allow others to watch the course using your account
• Record or screen capture any part of the course videos
• Upload or share course content on YouTube or any other platform
• Download, distribute, or reproduce course videos in any way
• Use course content in your own presentations, training, or public speaking
• Translate or subtitle the course for others
• Circumvent, disable, or attempt to bypass any access restrictions

We monitor account activity and reserve the right to revoke access if we detect violations of these terms.

4. Refund Policy

We stand by the quality of our courses. You are entitled to a full refund:

• If you contact us within the first 7 days of purchase and are not satisfied
• Or if, after completing the course, you feel it did not meet your expectations

• All payments are one-off purchases.
• Prices shown on our site are exclusive of tax.

• We do our best to maintain access, but we are not responsible for platform downtime or technical issues beyond our control. We will always aim to resolve issues as quickly as possible.
